Arrived Bangkok after a very comfortable flight in qantas business class. Pajamas are not provided and although not a flat bed, i was able to get over 7 hours sleep. No pictures!!   Now have 2 hours Bangkok before the flight to Sydney in economy! 
Left Bangkok last night and was upgraded to premium economy – a comfortable cabin with wider seats and a 40” seat pitch. Arrived in Sydney a few minutes late and had a tight connection to Christchurch. Despite the earthquake there did not seem to be much damage. Part of the city centre is cordoned off but will see more later.....
