Park Arjaan by Rotana - Abu Dhabi

Adjacent to the Park Rotana is the Park Aarjan offering a contemporary mixed-use business and residential complex. Park Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi is the second property to open under Rotana's newly launched brand "Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana", and offers a “home away from home” concept. These apartments knock me out, they are huge and offer every facility you could possibly need. With a choice of studios, or one, two or three bedroomed suites, space varies from 45-170 sqm!!! They feature the same styling as the hotel bedrooms and guests can make use of all of the hotels facilities. Tarek advises me that the occupancy here is 90-95% all year round, amazing for a fairly new property.
The pool area is lovely with an abundance of loungers with the Aquarius Pool Bar serving snacks and cold refreshments. Boy I wish I could jump in there now, it’s fast approaching midday and 40 degrees! The Bodylines Spa is just behind the pool area, there are separate treatment areas for men and women. This is such a tranquil area with a vast spa menu and a real bonus for anyone staying here on business, its open 0500-2300!
There are some really gorgeous dining options here and a lot of care and attention has gone into the design. The buffet is opening at Ginger, the international all day dining restaurant, and it looks magnificent, everything is laid out so perfectly, and the food smells divine. Teatro is one of the nicest restaurants I have ever set foot in, with large wooden doors and beautiful chandeliers. The glass and ceramic wall contains an abundance of Venetian Masquerade masks. This is a fusion restaurant with live cooking stations and a chefs table available. The outside terrace is adorable – in the cooler season! There is also the Parkafe which serves teas/coffees and pastries. The infamous and extremely popular English Coopers Bar which shows all live sport (I sneak a peak at the rugby scores as I pass through). Tarek assures me that this is the place to be! It’s very popular with the residents of Abu Dhabi and serves a great Sunday roast! Soon to open in February 2012 is Amador, which will have a 3 Michelin starred German chef!
There are free shuttles at varying intervals from the hotel to the beach and both the Abu Dhabi and Marina Malls.
I’m really taken with this property and again I would return to stay here in an instant. Rotana really seems to be the best kept secret but I intend to spread the word!
