Group Checklist

Bushcraft and Wilderness
  • Have your group members all got valid passports? If travelling to the USA these must be machine-readable
  • Are the names on the group list you’ve given us spelled correctly?
  • Do the names on the group list match exactly what is written in each person’s passport?
  • Have you given us a full rooming list? Hotels like to know in advance who is sharing
  • Are all members of your group insured? If winter sports are involved, please make sure everyone has the correct winter sports cover
  • Has everyone had the correct vaccinations? Make sure you check this at least 3 months before departure
  • Does anyone have medical conditions that we should be aware of?
  • Does anyone in your group need a wheelchair or special transport through the airport and on to the plane?
  • Does anyone have special dietary requirements? Vegetarian / vegan, Halal, Kosher, wheat or dairy-free, any allergies?
