The last few years I’ve spent New Year in the Canary Islands. Previously I’ve booked via the internet mainly to keep the cost down although hotel selection can be a little risky at times, using this method. This year I decided to try Michael and his team at the Travel Bureau. Giving them little notice and a brief spec of what I required they suggested accommodation and flights that were excellent and were the equal of the internet for price. They even organised some decent weather as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael and his team to anyone wishing to plan a holiday or break in the future. Many thanks

I would just like to thank you for booking my holiday for Greece. I asked about it on the Friday at the meeting, on the Friday afternoon Sue Brown rang me from the Travel Bureau office and I said if you can ring my wife on Saturday, Brenda will sort things out with you. We booked and paid for 4 people to go on holiday, I’ve just got to say the staff were very professional, the whole thing went so smoothly and we are going next week! I would use the Travel Bureau again, thanks for all your help.

We have just arrived back from our holiday staying at the Regina Adelaide Hotel in Garda at your recommendation. We have had a superb holiday made all the better for staying in such a lovely hotel the food and the staff at the hotel were excellent. It was extremely hot when we arrived and it was so good to have a room where the air conditioning worked so well and we were close to everthing in the resort especially the ferries and buses. Thank you so much for arranging such a good holiday for us.

Having just returned from a two week holiday of a lifetime in the Azores, we were very keen to say thank you to you for your meticulous organisation, efficiency and support.
We wanted a holiday with activities and opportunities to learn about another culture and lifestyle. We have had a fabulous time: whale and dolphin watching with Horta Cetaceos on Faial.
Pedro and Sophia were enthusiastic, professional ecologists - full of humour and energy; walking for five days with GeoFun covering 30 miles over five separate acommpanied walking trails. Another Pedro, Antonio and Nunou [Sp?] explained the geological activity over Sao Miguel island and the bigger picture for the archipelago itself. We would have got lost ourselves and would have missed huge amounts of information if we had walked alone. It was fascinating walking with other people...and in particlar it was quite lovely sitting with a coffee or beer after each trail raising our glasses to others in our group thanking everyone for a happy day.
The hotels were lovely - Pousada Santa Cruz, Faial and Collegio, Sao Miguel. Sea Week in Faial was wonderful - food, wine, music, dance, regattas and stalls. We ate locally caught fish, reared pork and beef cooked to perfection and by talking with local people we found additional restaurants and cafes. We visited churches and through your complementary guide book were able to fnd hidden secrets around Faial, Pico and Sao Miguel.
We have had a very happy time and have returned energised - emotionally, physically and spiriually. A special time and a special thank you to you. Here's to the next adventure

We were delighted (and very surprised), and do send you our warmest thanks, and also to your very kind contact at Emirates. We had given up on these miles - we thought we'd just been unlucky, but thanks to you they are not lost after all.

Just a note to let you know that everything worked like clockwork - very good.
Hotel Claris is in an excellent position and despite all the claims in the travel info pages on the Internet the traffic was not a noise problem at all. 5-star Grand Luxe rating conjures up all sorts of things in the mind and not quite sure that it is truly in that category, but Hotel Claris is certainly very good and the staff very attentive and willing.
We would happily go there again and would certainly not hesitate in recommending the hotel to others.
There was a bottle of wine awaiting us from you - many thanks - when we arrived for Janet's birthday, and later on the day of arrival a bottle of dry sparkling wine - champagne style - and a generous bowl of fruit arrived from the management at the hotel plus a large bouquet of flowers awaited Janet in the room.It all set the tone for a splendid week.
Kirker's arrangements were all spot on! Even EasyJet was perfect! It was everything we expected and a bit more.

Just a short note to thank you for the arrangements you made for our holiday to South Africa and Mauritius.
The Cellars Hotel was superb and Rovos Rail continued it's wonderful reputation for service, comfort and good food.
Our accommodation in Mauritius was fantastic in that we ended up in a suite right on the beach with our own sunbeds and sunshade and virtually our own bay.
Dear Mike, thanks for recommending Jardin Tecina on La Gomera; we had a great week. Everything went tickety-boo. The room was great and the food was amazing.

We have just returned from Tenerife; we had a lovely week. The Jardin Tropical hotel was excellent. We had a lovely room and the food at the buffet was really good. Also we loved the gardens and pool area.
The fact that there was also a sea front area meant that we didn't really need to go out of the complex. Added to that the weather was superb and hot. So all in all is was great.
The flights with Thompson were fine and good flight times. All in all we would really recommend the place.
Thanks so much for finding us such a brilliant place. You can really recommend it to others as far as we are concerned.
