The Cellars Hotel was superb and Rovos Rail continued it's wonderful reputation for service, comfort and good food. Our accommodation in Mauritius was fantastic in that we ended up in a suite right on the beach with our own sunbeds and sunshade and virtually our own bay."
Dear Iain Just a note to let you know that everything worked like clockwork - very good. Hotel Claris is in an excellent position and despite all the claims in the travel info. pages on the Internet the traffic was not a noise problem at all. 5-star Grand Luxe rating conjures up all sorts of things in the mind and not quite sure that it is truly in that category, but Hotel Claris is certainly very good and the staff very attentive and willing. We would happily go there again and would certainly not hesitate in recommending the hotel to others. There was a bottle of wine awaiting us from you - many thanks - when we arrived for Janet's birthday, and later on the day of arrival a bottle of dry sparkling wine - champagne style - and a generous bowl of fruit arrived from the management at the hotel plus a large bouquet of flowers awaited Janet in the room. It all set the tone for a splendid week. Kirker's arrangements were all spot on! Even EasyJet was perfect! It was everything we expected and a bit more. Many thanks
Dear Jeff, We checked our home e-mails this weekend and saw that we have been credited with our airmiles from November !! We were delighted (and very surprised), and do send you our warmest thanks, and also to your very kind contact at Emirates. We had given up on these miles - we thought we'd just been unlucky, but thanks to you they are not lost after all. This is real service, (so rare nowadays) and very much appreciated.
