• To advise airlines of your frequent flyer/loyalty programme  numbers ensuring you receive the benefits 0f membership
• To ensure accurate advice is given regarding passport and visa requirements
• To submit Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) on your behalf
• To contact you or your next of kin in case of emergency
