In 2011, Travel Bureau celebrates 50 years in the Travel business.  We want to give young writers and photographers the opportunity to tell their stories about their most memorable travel experiences through words and pictures.

The inspiration for your tale could be anything from a family holiday in Majorca to an African safari in Kenya or scuba diving on The Great Barrier Reef. 

Your aim is to give people an inside track on the personality of the country, city or place you visited.  Along with interesting things you saw, say what surprised you, delighted you or made you laugh.  Think about how the place made you feel?  Did it scare you?  Would you go back?  Try and communicate that to the reader and why it made you feel that way. Bring the place to life!

(Late entries will be accepted no later than Friday 20th January which is the final cut off date)
